Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party you nominate, receive the last item of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. You can start a return or cancellation request through your customer account at: https://shopify.com/56262262918/account

Once you have notified us, you must return the items to us within 14 days.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We will also refund the standard outbound shipping cost — we do not refund premium or express shipping upgrades.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
Personalised or custom-made items
Perishable goods
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once opened
